Magazines & Newspapers


Lewis & Clark Library offers access to a wide variety of print magazines and newspapers. 

Most current and past issues of magazines may be checked out with the exception of the most recent issue of Barron's. Newspapers are available for in-library use only. 

The library does not maintain a complete archive of back issue. In general, we keep:

  • Magazines: the past 1–3 years 
  • Newspapers: approximately the past month
  • Retention may vary based on available space (especially for children's magazines)

Each year, the library reviews its subscriptions to determine which titles to renew, discontinue, or add. This page is updated as changes are made, and purchase suggestions are always welcome.

Please note that some magazine and newspaper titles are only available at specific branch locations. Newspaper listings include the branch location after each title. You can also find location information—and place a hold on a magazine issue—by clicking on the magazine cover below.
