Teen Writers Camp @ the Library
Meets Monday 6/29—Thursday, 7/2 1—4 pm. Registration required.

Teens interested in honing their creative writing skills can attend this mini day camp at the Library! We’ll enjoy fun writing exercises, peer workshops, explore opportunities for contests and publications, and put together an anthology of our work.

Fandom Tea Party | Friday, June 19 from 7-9:30 PM

Cosplay at the Library! Come dressed as your favorite character and sample tea and snacks from your favorite fandoms, like Dr. Who, Sherlock, Attack on Titan, Harry Potter, and SO MANY MORE!

Trivia CrackDOWN | Friday, July 17 from 7-8:30 PM

You’ve played the app. Come with a team and test your IRL skills. Snacks and prizes! (Teams limited to 5 players). Don’t have a team? Come anyway. Registration encouraged but not required.


Paper Towns Release Party | Thursday, July 23 from 5-6:30 PM

Are you ready for the next John Green novel to hit the silver screen? Geek out with other John Green fans. Lucky winners will receive movie passes!

Summer SMASH BROS. TOURNEY! | Friday, July 31 from 7-9:30 PM
Show off your smashing skills! Food, fun, games! Games and consoles provided.

Can’t make it to the library? Find LCLTEENS at a park near you! Tuesdays in June and July, 11
Weather permitting, we’ll visit local parks on Tuesdays during the summer. We’re giving away books at every events and will have snacks and prizes! Check the website for dates & locations!
