Lewis & Clark Library New Children’s Services Librarian
April 13, 2015 (Helena, MT)—Your Lewis & Clark Library is pleased to announce the arrival of Marissa Bazan as the new Children’s Services Librarian.
Marissa comes to the Lewis & Clark Library from Wisconsin where she worked at public libraries throughout the state. Originally from the Midwest, Marissa went to Library School in Madison, Wisconsin.
Marissa’s very excited to be in Helena, “I love to read kids’ books, and I love to get kids excited about books, reading, and visiting their local library.” Marissa will focus on outreach to pre-teens, or tweens, to engage them in the library and create programs based upon their interests.
