How do I request an ILL?

1. Search for an item you want in FirstSearch.
2. Once you've identified the item you want to request in FirstSearch, you will be redirected to our new interlibrary loan system Clio. 
3. Log into Clio, review the details of your request on the prefilled form, write in the format you want to confirm (Print book, DVD, Blu-ray, Book on CD, Large Print, etc.), then click the "Submit" button. You're done!
4. You can also request an ILL over the phone by calling the library that is your pick-up location.

How do I renew* an ILL?

1. Log into Clio prior to your due date.
2. Click "History" and select the "Renew" checkbox for the specific item. 
3. You can also renew an ILL over the phone by calling the library that is your pick-up location.

*Note that interlibrary loans renewals are at the discretion of the lending library; renewals are not guaranteed.
