  1. Yoga Story Time for Preschoolers

    This 30 minute program will offer safe, simple and fun yoga poses through stories. Yoga enhances children’s ability to concentrate, and it works out those wiggles! This is a parent and child event. Please bring a large bath towel or yoga mat with you and wear comfortable clothes.

    Registration Required. For kids, pre K and up. Saturday, April 21, 10:30 am. Children’s Area. Bring a favorite book, or choose from an assortment of books, and read aloud to a furry friend. Therapy dogs and cats are registered with Intermountain Therapy Animals. Please register in advance, so we know how many canine pals and handlers to have on hand for this "pawsome" program.
