So much excitement for this one! A companion to the modern classic, Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Café, Flagg’s newest book is a welcome piece of nostalgia and a good excuse to read or listen to her previous work or at least watch Fried Green Tomatoes (again).
An early twentieth century tale of two brothers from Montana, written by the acclaimed author of Beautiful Ruins. The novel is historical fiction based around the free speech riots in Spokane, Washington (1909 - 1910) and yet is still relevant to current events. Receiving great reviews. Possibly Walter’s best work to date.
In the newest book in Connelly’s long-running Lincoln Lawyer series, Mickey Haller has been framed for murder. 750,000 copy first printing. There are high expectations for this one.

Why, yes, it is poetry! For those readers who only know Atwood for The Handmaid’s Tale, it may come as a surprise that she is also a poet. This is her first published collection in quite some time. Possibly with zombies?
