Looking for new eBooks to enjoy? These are some highly anticipated titles coming soon to Axis 360 from mid-August to mid-September. They include fiction, nonfiction, and a children’s book. 


Axis 1 
Final Cut by SJ Watson (8/25/20)  

Final Cut is a highly anticipated new psychological thriller by the bestselling author of Before I Go to Sleep. No spoilers please! This eBook already has a long holds list, but the library will be purchasing multiple copies. 


Axis 2 

The Lying Life of Adults by Elena Ferrante (9/1/20 

The Lying Life of Adults is a coming-of-age story that takes place in Naples, translated from the original Italian novel. Crazy high demand for this one. Why? The book is the basis for an upcoming original series on Netflix. 

 Axis 3 

I Have Something to Tell You by Chasten Buttigieg (9/1/20) 

I Have Something to Tell You is a memoir by the husband of former presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg. Chasten Buttigieg (né Glezmangrew up in a small town in the Midwest and eventually became a teacher. The book explores his struggle for acceptance as well as his experiences on the campaign trail with Pete. The memoir is described as warm, moving, and hopeful. 

Axis 4 

Kent State by Derf Backdorf (9/8/20) 

Kent State is a graphic novel that helps make the Kent State Massacre more accessible to younger generations of Americans, those who have come of age after the 1970 tragedy. This book is particularly timely right now. 

Axis 5 

Graystripe’s Vow by Erin Hunter (9/1/20) 

Graystripe’s Vow is a new book in the much-loved Warriors series, focusing on a fan-favorite character – Graystripe. This one can be read as a standalone, making it a great choice for series fans or for newcomers.
