Staff Picks - Book Recommendations

Posted on May 22, 2020 at 9:21 AM by Bobbie Clark

Dear Reader,

I have fond memories of our ‘Staff Picks’ book display. During our downtown library remodel and subsequent temporary building closure due to the COVID-19 virus, the Staff Picks display went away for a while, but we are back, in digital form via the new Library’s blog—please, read on and find two book selections from our staff.

Happy Reading!

With how fast technology is changing, sometimes it's good to get a handle on what's coming next.  Soonish elegantly explains the realities and possibilities of upcoming technology with marvelous humor.  A hilarious read for the curious at heart.

Soonish is not yet through LCL digital sources. However, if you’d like to see the Table of Contents of this book via Amazon’s website’s Look Inside feature, take a peek Here
